He says that you can still lose fat by the following: 1. Skip eating fastfood or hotel food which are usually calorie-dense and full of harmful sugar and fats 2. Arrange your meals ahead and pack healthy ones that include organic fruits and veggies. 3. Go into intermittent fasting a day before travelling giving you caloric deficit. 4.
