He says that you can continue to lose fat by the following: 1. Refrain eating fastfood or hotel food which are typically calorie-dense and full of harmful sugar and fats 2. Organize your meals ahead and pack nourishing ones that include organic fruits and veggies. 3. Go into intermittent fasting a day before travelling giving you caloric deficit. 4.
